Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, after she quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. She had already won four other fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show was a success and she came in third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her result. The competition was among the very best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
